Paul - IMHO everyone knows attorneys luv the game of expansion into years to yank the money for themselves. Money is not always at the end. Sometimes being right is. Other than the money issue, which you mentioned, what else was judged against the individuals/corps?

Paul,

Theres alot of merit to what you've posted.... I hope people will seriously consider it, there is clearly no winning either way we go, about the best we can hope for is WOTD will take this seriously and improve their terms... if not then make an example of them. What can I say? I am not thrilled about the choices either.

Sure the attorneys make out but maybe the next company that tries something (if WOTD is trying something) will think twice. On a contingency plan we would have nothing to lose. That is if conditions warrant the action. I agree that we need to wait and see before taking action. IMHO
