Thean
take a look at the resistance line on SLB. Is that looking like a ruler or what? The "iron" ceiling.

Every time slb hits it then she takes a dive back down.

>>But it is interesting to see if FGII gets a follow-through tomorrow since BIG DOG advice taking profit after close today. My gut tells me that at least half of all FGII traders have BD bookmarked. So this is a serious call by one DOG.<<

But then...

>>Nice counsil too on not writing call on FGII until FGII shows weakness because a mega $ deal announcement can easily shoot FGII above $40 towards their old high.<<

I'm confused. Could you clarify? Sounds like a good reason to hang on. Well, anyway I'm holding my FGII and will be buying more if and when weakness appears. It's that long term problem I have.

I'm back!!! I went to LA to hobnob with the stars. I was on the Tonite show, and was close enough to Cindy Crawford to smell her hair (it smelled great, really), but I was too chicken to talk to her.

Anyway, when I left last week, I was down 3%. When I came back on the weekend, I was up 3%, and after today I'm up 6%! (Mostly thanks to my large FGII holdings)

I've gotten some sell signals already on the early sell system, especially for the deep water drillers. I'm not selling a whole lot this time around, the stochastics are beginning to look kind of eratic, especially in the service companies. I may get rid of a lot of my margin holdings in this cycle, but trying to guess with 100% of my portfolio is just too exhausting. So, I will sell some of my PKD, ESV, FLC to trim my margin, and just hold on for dear life on the rest. The stochs used to roll up and down in all the oil stocks at the same time, lately there's been a lot of divergence. I think the sector is beginning to be not so out of favor any more. Selling runs the risk of being out during a big run (which I know all too well).

Thean,

specifically, what are YOU doing with MDCO. Write privately if you'd like.
