The most useful site on the Web for Canadian securities is SEDAR, which is the Canadian equivalent of EDGAR in the USA. You will find the Prospectus, Annual Return, etc etc for Multifund, Polar and First Asia. The URL is sedar.com.

I've been looking at First Asia myself and know that one of their filings with SEDAR lists all of the securities which they held (end of February I believe).

You will need Adobe Acrobat to view some of the filings. This can be downloaded for free from various sites. A high-powered computer is also helpful because some of the documents are extremely large.

Regards

Also useful is
fin-info.com
enter the trading symbol or name and you will get the news releases, usually this gives me enough info to determine if I want to investigate further and the news releases usually have a phone nbr and contact which I will call to get the prospectus and any other info....

I have noticed a drop in the week after these IR's convert to UN's, suspect it may be margin calls? Anyone else notice it?
