Sam - I didn't see anything privately even though I keep receiving private mail. If you posted them on SI, I haven't looked yet but I will. Occasionally but rarely there is a delay in mail received over here (via the university where my e-mail is channelled). Thanks a lot. Ghassan. (Looking forward for interesting reading)
