Everyone, Jin raised a great idea today which I concur with. His idea was a press release giving us guidance about first Q numbers, per division, profits... guidelines. We know 1997 Year end number is moot.. we would all like to know what OUR business is doing from Jan-March 1998.

I think if we, en force, email Ira/contact Rob/contact Anna Love this will be asked in the CC and/or released in a Press Release.

Priscilla, they MUST give a 10Q by 90 days after March 31, 1998. That is a long way from now I know *sigh*

But I really feel if a lot of people call Anna Love regarding this sort of projection for 1Q 1998 she will press Ira on it. She did press him on the shares outstanding in the last CC, due to overwheming concern from shareholders.

I dont want Ira to say "well business is up 20% in the 1st 3 months". I would sincerely appreciate a press release with specific financials facts for the 1st Q...that any financial underling could work on (Ira does not need to work on it) It doesnt have to be as specific as a 10Q; but rough guidelines should be easy to come up with now that the quarter is 20 days over and done with.

Just guidelines.. I think that would help.... comments?

P.S. Does Anna Love have email?

Mark

Also--in a show of good faith in LEARNING how to be a NASDAQ company, we should press for a PRESS RELEASE in black and white stating what the additional shares have been issued for in all cases.. all these little new companies Ira hints at. Do most of us even know the names of all these companies he has aquired? We usually get "a catering business in downtown Manhatten", or "a IT firm in Arizona".

What are their names? How did you aquire them? How much cash? How many options? How much stock? What are the restrictions on those stocks? 1 year? 3 years? Etc.

They want to be a NASDAQ co. in 2 months, they should be able to report basic info like this to us.. we are part OWNERS of the company.

More thoughts...

Priscilla you cant sell on May 9th! Thats a Saturday! I know cuz May 10th is my birthday (and Mother's Day--a Sunday)

;)
You've been here all these months, dont make dates yet. By April 30th Ira must state if the merger is going through or not.. that is the window of opportunity. We will know this in 10 days.

My first waking thoughts were about FAMH. It seems to me that not only does FAMH need Atrix but are desperate for it to reduce that float. A 4:1 split would decrease the float to a reasonable level.
My other thought is Sapper MSG is LE. Read his post on Atrix thread dated April 19th. Questions and concerns have a very familiar ring to it.

Wake up.

Priscilla
P.S. In the past, May 9th has twice been a momentous decision making day for me. And it's my sister's birthday. That's why I chose it and also because that should be ample time for news on Atrix.
