DVNTF 200 Yorkland blvd. suite 605 toronto m2j5c1, canada 416-756-2324 (Nelson reports lists different address and phone #) dvnet.com PE 129.17 Volatility 127.89 3/98 short 46,235 mkt cap 35.7 mil eps -.04 shares out 14.38 mil float 14.2 mil After reading old PR and news (as far back as 3/97), this company looks really bad, most of their PR have been hype and no real substance.(most were hiring of new CEO's, board members, etc..) Lots of controversy with Jack Banks owning 25%-43% of shares, this is unknown for sure, but estimated in this range. Web site has changed ~3 to 4 times in 1 year, different URL's every time. I could go on, but I have found nothing good to report about this company so I'll stop here. If you asked about this bomb, I assume you bought at one time and are now stuck with it. There is no consistency with this stock, it has only moved on "hyped" press releases with absolutely no substance whatsoever. Hoped this helped.
