Why??? Oh, gee, I had some May 55's C that I sold at 4 1/2. For grins I pick up a minor stake of 60's at 1 3/4. Then I bot my usual put insurance in the form of May 55's. Frankly, I'm thinking that the REVISED earnings will be beat easily.

So is that reason to be excited?? It will be in that they may beat last Q's earning and thus continue profit growth, as opposed to the likes of INTC, IBM and a few others that BEAT REVISED DOWNWARD EARNINGS, but actually reported negative growth, which the market seems to ignore; and then moved higher. A bit of a shell game, IMO. Hell if they report $.36, it should rise at least 50 pts, based on Yahoo ridiculous explosion. Besides, I got a few stocks reporting tomorrow......................

Then there is the notorious CC!! I tend not to get into the rah-rah stuff before earnings. Every tedious. Good luck to us all.................

Watch it, the NET police are among us..................

Ramsey-dude, "not a single Q cheerleader"---well, summmabitch boy, all you had to do is ask. You folks have sent a new record for off-topicitis; told you it would be a tough month once you stepped in to doggie poo politics. (down, puppy: generic reference only).
Surfer Mike is in a 'SHOW ME THE MONEY' mood, and me-thinks we're going to get it. Now why three million shares would change hands today suggests to my cynical surfer's heart that the tasseled loafers have figured out what Gregg has been hammering on: cell phones still selling like hotcakes even in the dreaded SEA. Could it be they got a sneaky-peek? Nahh; that wouldn't be fair and we all know this is a fair game. Man, did you all see those Canadian dudes just can't get enough of the stuff and had to let new contracts down San Diego way? Things gettin' a little tight in the old spectrum? What technology could possibly bring relief? Holy ASIC's--why didn't BatWing get the call?
Party hearty laddies (and dudettes too, though don't see to many here after the shareholder meeting debacle). We're going to Disneyland. SM
