Accountability is a problem in today's society DCF. Too many people do not want to take responsibility for their own actions. Blame it on someone else--not me. Don't hold me accountable. I wonder how many criminals on death row believe they were accountable for their actions?

OOPS I meant to send this to Hal,
Jesus said unless you become like little children you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven. That says they are there and are our example in spiritual matters. What an honor the Lord always gave to children He loved them and blessed them. In the OT when they were sentenced to die in the desert the Lord said all that are 20 and older. I think that may be the age of accountability but no one but God knows for sure. In His infinite wisdom He probably does not need a formula like we do, I can see Him saying Nancy you are mature enough to do better so lets try again. I will never see Him as desiring to condemn for it also says that God sent His Son into the World not to condemn the World but that it might be saved by Him. Anyway the pure innocence of a child was cherished by Jesus.
I hope we all have a peaceful week, Nancy
