If I read the table right Don last months 0.80 is the lowest book to bill ratio in the last 84 months - by quite a bit. The world must be ending, we are going back to an agrarian society, sell all your tech stocks :).

From the btb table can you draw any rules as to when to buy into this sector - or sell?

On another thread someone made the point that the most dangerous time to buy a semi equipment company was when the book to bill was well over one, and the least risky was when the ratio was well below one. Any opinions on this take on the book to bill? If this holds water now would be a good time to pick up some of these undervalued gems, provided you can hold for a few years.
