David- I own some POYO, so would be glad to see it "rumble", but until there is news with regard to the offer by management to take the company private, I doubt we will see much movement from here. It seems likely that the company will reject the offer, as it seems low for the earnings and performance of the company, but there is no guarantee that the offer will be rejected. Looking for the rejection of the offer, possibly along with a higher offer from another group or the same group, and the stock to trade up toward its eps value of $18.00 or so, but as I said, everything is pretty much in limbo right now the way I see it.
