Don,

I only played with KTEL twice and both of which were short term trader (within several hours). I was comfortable with this issue at teens and low 20s level, but definitely not above that. It was a nice technical play (low float, sexy name, short squeeze), but... And the mania is reaching the level that no word can describe. Look no further than MARG, which has risen more than 1200% in less than two sessions after they reannounced a piece of shit old news yesterday morning. I am shocked to see that a piece of 6-month old news can cause that much appreciation to a stock. Maybe indeed we are entering a stage that people want money so bad that they can gamble anything with. I mean, anything.

I played with the oil service sector (mainly FGII and GIFI) in the past months also and made some nice gains. Also I have come to the conclusion that the market is turning into a daytrader's heaven. You can make much much more $$ daytrading than long term holding. I am not sure whether this is a sign of getting near a market top.

However, I am even more surprised at the robust gains in ZONA recently. I am wondering whether the god is trying to doom all the shorters on this board.

I am mainly in cash now. Only have a handful of holdings currently.

good luck,
larry!
