Afaq - nice post!!! I appreciate sticking to details and informed opinions rather that the personal "crap" that goes with this board. Here is a post of mine from ZONA board - it sums up how I see any of us making any money in this (or any other ED stock). Let me know if you agree ...... No short position, nor long for that matter. I made my $$$ in ZONA last summer and VVUS also. Currently in HVSF and SNTKY with large long positions .... taking a bath. I wish all would be propelled north but I just don't see it. There is too much hype/marketing power behind Viagra and it is going to take market by storm - rendering the remaining market share to only those unfortunate few for whom Viagra doesn't work for. It appears to me the only good money to be made is to create an industry basket of VVUS, ZONA, SNTKY, and HVSF and SHORT them all - even if ZONA does prove to be a winner, how many of the others will be able to survive??? VVUS has viable product in MUSE but look at its stock price lately - none of the other 3 have FDA approvals - some have not even cleared Phase II/III trials!!! Profits are years away. Even if Viagra runs into some problems in post analysis, PFE has bought at least 12-18 months of runway to work with before the "competition" can enter - giving PFE plenty of time to re-work any bumps encountered with Viagra. I am shifting longs in SNTKY and HVSF (ouch) to PFE and shorting the rest of the lot - anyone else care to follow???
