JBN3, I've sourced a company called TBR which does extensive analysis of publicly held companies. They have excellent research reports relating to the PC industry. Here's the link; tbri.com Once you access the site go into products/services and fill out a questionnaire. This will permit you to source various types of reports. The ones that I found of value included; 1- Quarterly IT Buying Behaviour Study: This study compares DELL, IBM, CPQ & HP on the basis of 100+ extensive interviews with corporate IT managers.A very detailed & informative study albeit issued Oct 27/97. 2- Computer Business Intelligence Quarterly This study looks at the various business plan strategies of the various companies including DELL.
