Philip, is the annual meeting today or tomorrow; looking forward to a blow by blow report or an egg and tomato report. Spoke to my son last night about the class action suit. His response was that many tech co's have law suits and that it takes years for them to go to trial and most co's are covered by insurance. He reassured me that there's nothing to worry about as far as the price of the stock goes. I also own CPQ which recently had a class action law suit filed. Boy, can I pick winners or what. Hi Gary, waiting for the 10 comments on IOM today. Mindmeld I think you would be smart in covering your short. Your money would be better off long in Lucent as the Wise Owl said. Rocky your still my favourite bear and I hope you'll be growling soon when IOM stock price ascends. SR

Coverage on CNBC, ABCnews.com, etc. Any potential candidate for IOM CEO who hasn't heard of the opening by now must have his head in the sand. I like the other management team announcements as well. Potential candidates can see a first class management team forming up. Should be attractive to top flight candidates. Ad probably has the head hunters scrambling to fill it before they loose commission. Very slick trick. Les
