From what I have read, there is no shortage of raw materials to produce titanium, it's the processing that costly and time consuming. Once plans are approved for either military or commercial aircraft it is difficult to change specifications; hence, I am comfortable that the demand for this metal will continue for the foreseeable future, tied closely with Boeing's production backlog.

With that said, I'm severely disappointed in the response to RMI's announced earnings. There was a nice year to year increase of earnings to $0.73, yet the stock just sits there. What gives?
