Charles,

When you calculate your net worth, do you include the equity you have in your house?

Well, Franklin will have a lot of equity in FNet. Franklins stock price will reflect it's interest in FNet.

Charles, you are correct. As a Franklin shareholder you do not directly own any FNET shares, nor would you be the recipient of any dividends.

Only those that invested directly in FNET private offerings would benefit from such.

Charles FTEL holders do not qualify for any future Divs you are right. The words no tangible ownership is correct as well. But as a FTEL holder you will see the successes of FNet in the bottom line of your share price. If FNet becomes a gazillion dollar company FTEL will still hold a major part of that company. You translate that to book value and than if your still worried about Ftel share price than maybe when FNet IPOs you should sell half your FTEL position and buy FNet. Just a thought

I don't understand, sorry I must be slow today... Isn't FNET a subsidiary of FTEL.. meaning that FTEL OWNS FNET. Therefore the value of FNET is like any income producing other asset?? Help me here if I'm way off base. It would help if you could tell me the current ownership % pf FNET.
