Nancy, I can't apoligize for Rev. Vidrine and his two parishoners, for how they treat you and other Jews, but let it be said: Not all Christians would denegrade the Jews. If you were to attend my church, we would not only welcome you with open arms, we would honor you and bless you. You indeed are the "apple of God's eye." I am looking forward to the day when Israel will see who their Messiah really is---and---as I've said before---when that happens, we gentiles will be shamed by our lack of holy zeal. May God bless you and keep you and make his face to shine upon you and give you peace My fantastic friend Lucien B. is a Jew that was born and raised in Egypt. His forefathers had been there for a couple of hundred years and had never been able to get out. Through a series of "miracles" Lucien was able to get out on some special College scholarship sponsorship (that is where I met Lucian, while he was attending this College)---over a period of 20 years he was finally able to get his mother, father, and sister out of Egypt. What rejoicing. Citizenship for the Jew was illegal in Egypt, and his family had not had formal citizenship for several centuries---I had the honor of being with Lucien the day he went to the courthouse and was sworn in as an American citizen---what a day. Lucien and I have done some "soulwinning" together---holding Bible Studies in homes with the express purpose of leading people to Christ. What a sensational full-time evangelist and soul-winning trainer Lucien has become. It is a joy to see his children and now grandchildren become followers of our Messiah, Yeshua. I must confess---I dearly love the Jews Don't ever think that Rev. Vidrine and his parishoners represent main-line evangelical Christianity. At one time, my wife and daughter worked for the Billy Graham Association in Minneapolis, MN and rest assured, he nor his staff subscribe to the stuff you have been fed as the "final say" on correct doctrine. Wishing you and Alan a trrrreeeeeeeemendous day. Barney
