Only 4 days in past two years had more trades quote.yahoo.com Most of these trades resulted in DOWN ticks and happened after 2 PM (ET): 14:21 22,000 shares @ 17 7/16 14:21 50,000 shares @ 17 3/8 (down) 14:23 30,400 shares @ 17 1/2 (up) 14:23 50,000 shares @ 17 3/8 (down) 14:26 19,000 shares @ 17 1/2 (up) 14:27 10,000 shares @ 17 3/8 (down) 14:27 10,000 shares @ 17 3/8 (down) 14:41 134,000 shares @ 17 5/16 (down from 17 1/2)(low for the day) 14:41 134,000 shares @ 17 7/16 (up) 14:53 10,000 shares @ 17 3/8 (down) 15:12 14,100 shares @ 17 7/16 (unch) 15:14 20,000 shares @ 17 3/8 (down) 15:32 15,000 shares @ 17 3/8 (down) pretty hard to sustain a rally and absorb that many shares. The 134,000 share trades were obviously counterbalancing. Commission for the broker $1/8 = about $17,000
