Eddy,

I asked a simple question. How about a simple answer?

I'm in the health care field, I'm a doctor not an MBA. Let me give you an analogy I understand, then you can extrapolate it to the Osicom scenario.

If I could buyout someone else's medical practice relatively cheaply (let's say my practice is worth billions (CISCO) and the other is worth millions (FIBR)) I would. Why fiddle around with teaming up? Give me your potentially lucrative practice, here's some money. Now I'm the boss.

I certainly would profit from a Cisco takeover. Would such a takeover not be in the shareholder's best interests? Wouldn't Cisco prefer to "be the boss"?, especially in a company that has taken a lot of criticism concerning its management.
