CMG Information Services Declares Two-For-One Stock Split
ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 1998--CMG Information Services Inc. (NASDAQ:CMGI - news) today announced that the company's board of directors has declared a two-for-one common stock split.

The two-for-one stock split will be effected in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend. Stockholders will receive one share of common stock for each share held on the record date, April 27, 1998. Stock certificates will be distributed on May 11, 1998.

Total outstanding shares after the stock split will be approximately 22.7 million shares compared with the current outstanding shares of about 11.3 million.

CMG Information Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:CMGI - news; cmgi.com) is an internet incubator and internet investment company which operates direct marketing companies along with internet companies and venture funds focused on the internet. Microsoft, Intel and Sumitomo hold minority positions in CMG Information Services.

Much of CMGI's value tied to lcos. If lcos continues it's downward trend expect CMGI to be close behind...
