I don't recall the exact post, but someone had a link about a MM who was brought to trial and exonerated even though he naked shorted a stock far in excess of the actual shares outstanding. (around 140m if I remember correctly)

Could it be that one or two of these MMs are naked shorting our stock? This would explain the seemingly endless supply of shares as well as the fact that it is always just one or two MMs keeping the price down.

Comments?

Actually Ira only reads the thread at night from what I understand. He
works all day and is usually on line in the wee hours of the morning
trying to get a pulse on investor sentiment before he goes to bed.

I think our biggest problem is the lack of SEC filings... I know just
about every "real" investor goes immediately to Edgar when they get a
stock tip and if the company isn't there they aren't interested no
matter what the prospects. Once we get there we should see a big change.

I would love to see a press release such as Mark has requested... a
detailed listing of shares issued since October, and if they went to
purchase a company I'd like to know its name and its earnings prior
to being acquired. I think a press release like that would actually
be more valuable than the audited financials since we already have the
results of the audit.

Jonas, I understand your frustration, but I have called the company numerous times on this very issue, as have others, and any shares that were issued over the past few months are all restricted. I would think that lying about such a material issue wouldn't be done.

Jin.
