Retroactive purchase? I had to put my money down up front. Looks to me that China Telecon pays $37.5M, and can borrow money to pay for it and have money left over. True, but unless there's something you aren't telling us, you don't have 1.2 billion potential customers in your borders! I would think this news would be significant enough to counteract the fact that I bought Globalstar shares. We should be having a double-whammy up day: launch coming up and china buys in. Dragonfly
