Wrong Asssumption. It is not impractical to download "the whole market" just because you are interested in only a few hundred stocks. You don't read every page in the newspaper, but you still buy it. And I'll bet you never even used all the functions and capabilities or your spreadsheet, word processor or Internet software. Maybe you should ask for a refund or switch back to something primitive.
