Wrong Asssumption. It is not impractical to download "the whole market" just because you are interested in only a few hundred stocks. You don't read every page in the newspaper, but you still buy it. And I'll bet you never even used all the functions and capabilities or your spreadsheet, word processor or Internet software. Maybe you should ask for a refund or switch back to something primitive. Quotes-Plus does provide you the "whole market" - at a reasonable price (less than $0.50 per day), fast (under a minute + off-line update times in the 5-10 minute range). It provides you with List functions so you can make as many groups as you want and look at just the stocks you want. You get history, fundamentals and the ability to add or drop stocks in a flash.
