Ivan - why are you stirring the pot? Are you looking for the Instigator of the Year Award. Tom Childs has made the rescue of IMS from the hands of its insiders a full time job. I know this for a fact as I have spent hours on the phone and otherwise with him, dealing with issues attendant to the raising of working capital and the finding of investors who might be willing to buy the technology rather than have it stolen for less than its fair value. If you are interested, read the history of his posts. If not, I guess you will just fall into the masses of those who demand to be heard and could care less whether or not they make sense or are perceived as intelligent individuals with something important to say. Your prior posts led us all to believe you valued your own opinions.
