I'm from the school of thought that believes in holding options for very short periods of time.

However, I think if the market moves back towards and takes out the Intraday highs on the SPX/SP8M then you should let it roll into the last hour as there may be an attempt to get towards the old highs.

For my own part, if the market shows no action over the next 40 minutes I will close myself out.
