Bob, Looks like you are getting your opportunity today as it is over 9. With respect to announcing late.....I guess this boils down to whether it is considered late for ifmx. It isn't as if they ever announced earlier in the recent past...so maybe the last week of April (if this is in fact accurate) is early.
