"This quarter is a bottom" "Demand up trending through the quarter" "Growing company at least 20% per year" "Chip packaging in ramp by year end"

I feel the conference call went pretty well. They weren't hesitating to say they expected improvements and they have new business developing.

Yes, they expect to sell Innomedica, but they've tried to develop this market for so long without great success. I feel part of trouble getting Innomedica going is getting past FDA approvals. It's not like putting a flex circuit in an ultra sound machine. They've chosen to regain focus on most promising businesses.

If you look at Litchfield as Innovex's aim to diversify, they are now getting more focus and selling Innomedica will only help. They listed Litchfield's current customer base as 40% disk drive (not necessarily HIF), 30% medical and remainder telecom. They said all areas are growing. Attributed 5 1/2 million of this quarter's revenues to LPI. That's pretty good since the company came to INVX with 11 million in sales for the year.

Chip packaging margins will follow INVX's trend with lead wires and be very profitable.

New developments from Iconovex. New programs. No contributions this quarter, but "expecting meaningful revenue by year end". Something new about indexing e-mail and a "large law firm"? Anybody know what this means?

They have applications in development now to bring pre amps and another component I forget onto the suspension. These will be HIF products. Expect this to be a significant advantage over TSA.

HIF is running in Segate's Cheetha line of drives without problem. HIF is a proven product.

These are just some notes. Got to go and buy some stock.

Regards,

Mark

Gerald,

Yes, weren't they supposed to use those thin wires to do some sort of medical tests? This is the first I've heard of the sale, although I've not been following INVX super closely for the past few months.
