you trade warrants in at the excercise price. They trade just like a stock does. Get ya a book and read about them. They can be very, very profitable

Warrants are pieces of paper that gives you the right to
purchase a stock at a certain price before date of expiry. The
purchase price is called the strike price. They go up and
down with the stock price and can be traded just like stocks,
except they have a limited life. They tend to be very volatile
at times and one can either lose your shirt or win big.
