SI thread, This is what I posted yesterday, " I have discussed this situation with several people whom I trust, and also have a stake in this CVIA/WOTD situation, the general feeling is, to go ahead and seek legal counsel, and have them ready to come into play at a moments notice, if things are as they have been presented to us. Or if WOTD does what they say they are going to do, and try to "set things" right, then there is NO need to proceed any further" This is exactly what I mean and my intentions are... All of you that forwarded you comments and contact info to me... it is now in the LEGAL FIRMS HANDS. There is no "pending lawsuit", just a POSSIBILITY. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE, if WOTD does as Jack Arnold has said they will do then why pursue this? But if WOTD trys to do something else, theres an alternative... thats all. AN ALTERNATIVE. Give WOTD a chance they said by April 30, so April 30 it is, all I have proposed is a little CYA... just in case. Nothing More Nothing LESS. JMHO KAA
