Hi GULL; Thank you for your info. It is getting very technical and I'm sure the lawyers representing RG, SUF, De Beers and the heirs will make more sense of this than I will. Let the professionals handle it, and justice will prevail. And, Goalie, no offence, but how can one believe someone who hides behind the veil of anonymity that disregards the statements made by one of the the apparent HEIRS? Who is GULL, Sans Souci, Goalie, Tomato, Factfinder, INFOMAN, etc? Do they represent the Company, the shareholders or is it the same person talking to his/her book? I can be e-mailed at elb@adnc.com.
