The YAHOO Finance thread on DBCO has a posting suggesting that Eco has made a deal to buy the shares owned by Deere Park and DBC management and to take over management. (Note: The YAHOO DBCO thread is notoriously unreliable and full of posters badmouthing each other.) I spoke with American Eco investor relations today (Cindy Jackson), and she unequivocally stated that Eco has no plans in the works to buy more DBCO shares or to take over DBCO management. She also stated that Eco will be working to maximize its investment in DBCO and hopes not to lose a penny on it. That would require getting $2.50 per DBCO share; hope that I can get out at that price, too! There might be some wait . . . particularly if Eco is not in the market buying!

New First Call estimates came out before the open today. Looks like
we've been downgraded from strong buy to buy. Could have been worse -
and now they have some realistic targets to shoot at - estimate for
next quarter is 18 cents - which is about flat with last year
considering this year will be fully taxed.
