What they do: COMPANY OVERVIEW

Micronics International is an technical sales company in the People's Republic of China representing American and European semiconductor companies. It also distributes semiconductor
products to customers in Europe and the Pacific Rim.

Why to buy:

They announced last night that they are buying up to 1 million shares of their stock back.

Why this is significant:

Their current Outstanding Shares: 7.82 million

Current Float: 1.82 million

Now factor in the stock buy back of 1 million shares into the picture.

China is a RAPIDLY growing market for importing semicondcutors and these folks are selling these products to them.

China has become the world's fastest growing consumer of
integrated circuits in the world. It is the only major
industrialized nation that must import most of its chips (94%). They will import $10 Billion in 1997.
That number will grow to $14 Billion in 1998, and by the year 2005 exceed $120 Billion. By 2015 China will become the largest consumer of integrated circuits in the world!

In early 1997 Micronics International opened its China headquarters in Shanghai and hired its first sales engineers. By mid-year a regional office was set up in Beijing. Wuhan and Shenzhen will be added in the near future. The 1998 plans include new offices in Chengdu, Chengqing,
Xian, and Zhengzhou.

China's markets ARE the future!

Good Trading!
