Off topic: My patent atty bill for 1997 was well in excess of 50k.

Do you or your friend know of anybody willing to work for a piece of the action or at scalable rate? Setting up co.'s is very expensive out of pocket and I'm hoping to get someone to work for a lower rate now with a promise of a piece of the pie later.

To many ideas and not enough money.
