BTW, I do not think that CUBE's price is overpriced - far from it. Compare its PE currently with other high techs -- lots of room there.

NEW YORK, April 17 (Reuters) - UBS Securities said analyst Nickos Theodosopoulos upgraded the cable equipment group, citing evidence of the start of a strong upgrade cycle by cable television operator Tele-Communications Inc. (TCOMA - news; LBTYA - news).
-- upgraded four companies to buy from hold.

-- raised General Instrument Corp. (GIC - news), ANTEC Corp. (ANTC - news), Harmonic Lightwaves Inc. (HLIT - news) and Scientific-Atlanta Inc. (SFA - news).

-- said increased attention on the cable modem and digital TV market, partially through new investors, new products and upcoming bullish cable TV industry exhibition, should cause the stocks' multiples to increase.
