Yea, come on guys. If one is gonna relay analyst recs & estimate revisions, let's be accurate.

Can anyone confirm the ML "downgrade?" I have not seen anything across the wires, nor any indication in today's price performance that would substantiate a downgrade to "hold." I'm not convinced.

The same BS occurred last month when CBSMarketwatch misquoted PW upgrade as ML's Today, we saw Salomon-Smith Barney initiate coverage of ORCL with a "neutral" rating.

I'm not sure what ML's current rating on the stock is right now, but I believe it is, & has been for awhile, "hold." If anyone has an ML account, clarity on ML rating of ORCL would clear up matters. Thanks in advance.
