Hi Mark wonder where 12 mln added shares came from in 1Q ? Suspect the Intuit news was "planted" to keep a 4/22/98 proxy share price lid and we may see some (pre-intro) products tomorrow at the AGM . BJ's post (11914) showed the following shares outstanding: Quarter Ending 12/27/96 03/28/97 06/27/97 09/26/97 12/26/97 03/27/98 Shares Outstanding (millions) 124.5 -- 125.6 -- 126.5 -- 127.6 -- 139.8 -- 145.9 Can't recall a reason for 1Q's 12 mln share increase , Power was 2Q , and the proxy states no "bond-holders" have converted . What gives ? Maybe Eric or Phil knows of the reason ? Thanks, Jim K. PS: IBM seems focused on making sure the DOJ completes its work .
