Steve, it looks like this has to do totally with registering shares having to do with the recent 7% financing. Looks purely proceedural. Four million shares of convertible preferred (converts at 50) plus associated shares to be offered as dividends. Looks like it just says that by 2010 when all shares are converted, we will have an additional 6.1 million outstanding.

I see nothing that has anything to do with recent weakness.
