He cautioned about getting a few quarters under their belt before getting too excited given a stock price near $40. I understand his point fundamentally and have no problem waiting for such to play out. However, I disagree with his analysis regarding valuation and think he should be riding the wave rather than fighting it. His price target is $45, implying 42x 1999 earnings of $1.08. The stock was still $6 below his price target and the earnings are going to be higher (perhaps significantly) than $1.08. Why he wants to play rational, super-conservative investor now (especially in an irrational market) is beyond me. Low $30's I would buy more.
