Regarding suggestions for Press Releases and other information. Revenue and earnings projections are a great idea. When they give revenue projections for the year, it would be nice if they could give actual sales results for the past few months and projected sales, and average sale price, so readers can see how they have arrived at projections and how realistic they are. It would also be helpful to stress their strong goal of becoming a Nasdaq company and the fact that the CEO has already successfully brought 2 BB companies to the Nasdaq. That in itself is a Herculean accomplishment. Along those lines, it might be useful to set forth their acquisition strategy (and how they ae going to pay for acquisitions--will there be much dilution?) Also, they should always have a contact number and website address in all releases. They should mention their plans to become a fully reporting company. Finally it might be good to talk about their PR efforts and how they are getting the word out about the company.

Patrick, A very good trick to use in the press releases is to mention similar companies like CarMax and AutoNation/Republic (with ticker symbols). That way, when the release comes out, in Yahoo it will show up as news for the ACOR ticker symbol as well as under the AutoNation/Republic and CarMax ticker symbols. That way, investors in AutoNation and CarMax may take a look at this growing little company within their own industry that they can buy for 2 bucks. Gator
