HDIE - Key Investment Points

- Positive organizational changes should give upside potential. The
addition of new, experienced leadership combined with a much stronger
and better-focused sales group should translate into considerable
operational improvements in 1998. The company added 17 new distributors
and seven new salespeople in 1997, and as a result the sales pipline
going into 1998 is much larger than ever. In addition, Criterion and
integration service opportunities give the earnings forecast upside
potential.

- International opportunities are a bonus. HIE has plans to step up its
marketing opportunities overseas by adding two salespeople to drive the
international distributors. Currently, international sales represent
approximately 25% of the company's total software sales, and this is
expected to increase in 1998. Competition overseas appears to be less
intense.

- New vertical markets are attractive. HIE is just beginning to tap the
interface engine opportunities in markets outside the healthcare, i.e.
banking and finance.

- Potential upside outweighs minimal downside. HIE is currently pursuing
several large, long term opportunities similar to the VHA endorsement.
These opportunities could increase revenue and earnings in 1998, and are
not included in the current financial mode.

I called AESP (AESPW) and this is an UNDERVALUED GEM (IMO)... They mentioned that they recently announced fully dilluted earnings of around $.30 per share and have only approx 900K shares in float. They also mentioned that they have acquisitions in process and will have quarterly financials within a couple of weeks. IMO to look for continued movement upward over the next couple of days,,,,warrants (AESPW) made a nice move today!
