Jonathan, Chat would be great. FAMH, ETPI, whatever. Financing announcement on ETPI was not the "BIG NEWS" for the week. An acquisition announcement will come out later this week. ACOR (now 2 1/8 to 2 3/8) similar situation to ETPI. Lots of pending press releases expected next couple of weeks. IGHS is also making a move (was at 1 1/8 on Friday). These P.R. guys (Bruce Pollock/Pete Cahill) are really on top of things. Might be a good group to follow for a while. Interesting development in GAPI (until yesterday it was PHTM - PhoneTime Resources). GAPI is Global Access Pagers, Inc. Looks like they are doing a reverse merger on PHTM to get a listing. PHTM was 3/32 to 5/32 yesterday, today the ticker symbol changed to GAPI, no trading as of yet, but the Bid/Ask is $2 to $4 (I'm sure that's just a quirky bid/ask until the stock starts trading tomorrow). GAPI is profitable and is a major player in pager manufacturing and distribution. They have a web site at gapagers.com Could be worth watching. A news release regarding the merger of PhoneTime and Global Access is due tonight or tomorrow.
