CNBC Interview with COO of MSFT

About 30 minutes ago Ron Insana had an interview with the COO of MSFT and the questions were sure "softball" in nature. They gave the MSFT COO ample opportunity to put out the company line. In fact, I thought I heard Mr. Insana say he preferred MS Internet Explorer over NEtscape Navigator as it is "easier to use."

Is Mr. Insana a software reviewer? There was sure some bias present in favor of the MSFT COO, in my opinion.
