I am really suprised that you all are suprised that there has been a request to increase the amount of issued shares? Even if they make $2 a share this year, what do you think you can buy for $40MM that is going to maintain the projected '99 revenue? Since the annual shareholder's meeting is held "annually" and it has to meet with shareholder's approval, when did you think they should make the request, next May?

Dear Robert,
I have long realized that this thread is mostly for those who are praising Alydaar. Those who raise concerns are criticized. I do not feel this thread is very democratic and open to all opinions. A few weeks back, I posted an article by bearcatcher giving Alydaar its "Bear of the Month" award. Those familiar with my posts on various threads should realize that I post whatever I feel to be relevant, good or bad.

Well, I received a note from Jill of techstocks telling me that she removed the "Bear of the Month" post because someone complained that it was copyrighted material. I apologized for doing that. She said that she realizes copyrighted material is posted all the time, but in this instance, someone complained. I just wonder if the article said that Alydaar was the "Bull of the Month", would that person have complained?

Last summer, when Alydaar reached 32, people on this thread were talking moonshot and making the most outrageous statements. Suffice to say, I and all those who held long now wish we had sold. Yes, I still believe Alydaar has tremendous potential, but I only wish that all views can be accepted on this thread without making personal attacks.

**Somewhat off topic***

A few years ago, when there was talk of the Raiders football team returning to Oakland from Los Angeles, it was the big media and political event of the SF bay area. I remember televised hearings where those who questioned accepting Al Davis back as the Prodigal Son were loudly heckled and booed. These Raiders fans wanted to hear nothing of the potential costs and liabilities. Well, now, the Raiders have been terrible since their return and the city of Oakland is out some hundreds of millions of dollars. Now I'm not saying that the Oakland Raiders won't win another Super Bowl, or that Alydaar won't reach the moon. I'm just for hearing all opinions.

Robert,
Give me a break. No, I am not calling you names. Yes, debate is good, positive or negative. ALYD in the past, never belonged at $30.00 per share, nor has any other y2k stock. Why? Because no one in y2k has gotten in the big bucks yet. Why? Because corporate america is in denial. Until one of the fortune 500 computers screw up, no y2k companies will show revenue as projected for the past 5 years of 250-500 billion. We are all in the shi~ house until corporate america wakes up. I believe that in this situation, ALYD has survived pretty darn good.

ALYD has grown, sighned major contracts that will be worth there wait in gold when all this hits the fan, and is positioning themselves for the future after y2k. I DISAGREE WITH YOU AND MOST OF THIS THREAD ON BOB GRUDER. Bob Gruder owns 7 MILLION plus shares, and cares about the shareholders and the stock. He has literally made a company out of nothing.

Compare earnings and revenue when we get 1/98 numbers, and see the growth. Hell, you can see it now. $30K in 96 and how much in 97. The numbers are starting to come in now, why leave the field at this time? I so tired of when numbers should be released. If ALYD releases them by 4/30/98, then that is better than the past of the whole 45 days. They will get better and better in reporting numbers every quarter. The reason most larger companies can release a hell of a lot earlier is because they have the best accounting practices in the world. They need this to survive, they must be able to see where they are immediately. They pay thru the nose for it also. ALYD can't afford this, but can put things in place over time to help them report in a more timely matter. They already have, and you will see that soon. TRUTH

Robert - Re.: Gruder has control over stock price.
Really? If at all he has control he can dump his shares while SEC is not watching and depress the price temporarily. That is all I can see him having control. The real control is the market, not even SI thread. Fund managers have millions of $ to play. Hope at least a couple of funds take a position. Ram
