As a young contrarian investor...buy low sell high. The prices look attractive. Their is some risk left with S-1. If that deal falls through you are going to see a stock hit rockbottom in a hurry...unless they have some exploration up their sleeves.

Any industry predictions on the turnaround for the oil industry?
How will this effect the stock?
