Networm, much as I'd like to help I'm a very poor guy to
ask. I only use the "classic" Datek servers and rarely
venture into the uncharted waters of the new, Dilbert
enhanced, Pop versions except when I have maintenance
to do, such as changing my email address (come to think
of it, that's the ONLY time I've ever ventured there,
except to try to answer your questions).

The "little blue i" (a wonderful phrase, BTW) is for
Info, that is, help. I don't find
it very helpful, but I've only glanced at it.

I don't have any idea what you'd be downloading. Maybe
history. Probably someone else can answer. My history
varies from there to not there to screwed up to approximate,
so I generally ignore it and refer to my trading records.

BUT I haven't traded a heck of a lot lately, unlike many
posters here. (I've been obeying Spots's First Law of
Trading: When everything you touch turns to crap, put
your hands in your pockets.) Perhaps others can help
more; sorry I can't.

As far as the blue button-dont know dont care sorry but right now I opened another browser to Datek and will explain step by step how to cancel your order,provideing it has not ben executed already.
The first option window on the top left hand side- go to daily activity - there you will find everything that has ben done for the day in your account- if there is a order that has not gone through yet it will be listed there - with a place where you can click to put a check next to the order- then there is another button- Cancel checked orders hit that - then you get a message that says trying to cancel order - check daily activity
there is also a tab in the first window - open orders - same thing
