The stories I could tell you. Sorry Folks but I'm not waiting any more. As 0f 04-14-98 I'm out of there and it feels great. Other than my salary what a waste of time the last 2 years have been. Let's see I'm vested for around 60,000 options at .50 each. They must be executed in the next 90 days. Then they have to be registered, and that takes a year. And what will InnovaCom look like in a year? Any guesses as to what a $30,000 investment would be worth in a year? Any guesses as to what products will be shipping in a year? Any guesses as to what revenue will be in a year? Any guesses as to how many MPEG engineers there'll be in a year? I'm not guessing with my $30,000 By the way any body know if a former employee of a company who has purchased on the open market say 1200 shares @ $6.00 a shares can initiate a stock holders lawsuit against the company for mismanagement ?
