Hi John!

In some ways, ETPI's PRs are like FAMH's! Hopefully, tomorrow's PR will include all of the details. Are you a ETPI shareholder yet?

Jon

Welcome aboard John.

Yeah, I know, the release could have had more detailed information. We do know the amount ($2.6 million), but I don't know the exact terms, although I'm told they were very favorable. Hopefully details will start coming out with subsequent press releases.

Biggest difference between ETPI and FAMH is that ETPI so far has been true to their word in the timing of press releases and the fact that they are a reporting company already (instead of "financials will be released March 1, oops, next week, oops, after the acquisition, oops, after we submit it to Atrix, oops, when Jupiter aligns with Mars...).
That is the only thing holding FAMH down right now.

Not to worry though John, big things are coming.

Gator

About todays release...

To make a long story short, the news was better than anticipated according to the company and while the stock didn't close to reflect such an opinion, it will lead to better and better releases in the near future regarding lease signings, acquisitions, etc.

Why was the release so sparse on specifics? Quite frankly, they had to be vague due to ongoing negotiations with the same firm they got the financing with for additional capital. They are not allowed to release details now when negotiations are ongoing. It may not please some readers to this thread, but that's the way it is. When and if a bigger deal is reached, then details will be made public. The deal itself I learned, will NOT dilute shares. Their terms from I could gather are extremely favorable to ETPI.

Look for news tomorrow, possibly Thursday regarding contract renewals and maybe an acquisition. Basically, its more fuel on this ever growing fire. This continues to be a great situation that is drawing more interest from big players on the street into the picture.

Hang on for the next leg up...
