EPS calc. uses average number of shares not shares outstanding. Makes sense since revenue is earned not at one point but ratably throughout the period.

On the 2nd point, they are comparing pre-VSGN BORL numbers to combined numbers - quite misleading in my opinion - cp. apples and oranges. But perhaps trickier to break out the current q's pro-forma BORL only revenues. Just guessing but if one removes about 2 million due to VSGN then the revenue increase is quite good IMO. Conservatively I would guess the pro-forma BORL only revenue increased 15+% YOY. That is fine IMO.

The problems in Asia probably did hurt sequential pro-forma BORL only revenue. Japan enterprise spending for several industries went kaput in Jan and esp. Feb and early part of March.

However, I consider this an aberrant effect and therefore not endemic of long term issues - I place no importance on these reductions in the top-line due to Asia problems. This is a turnaround stock not an ongoing-business stock. So the important thing to discern is if the underlying fundamentals look good. And just guessing but the momentum looks like it is certainly continuing.

The c.call should provide more detail.

Shane.
