First of all, the company is a reporting company. Apparently, you didn't check that out. And you are incorrect on so many points, I'd be ashamed if I'd degraded someone in such an offhand manner, without facts, as you have. You even used your latest post, a response to me, to increase the bashing and innuendo. And, your post indicates you don't have a good grasp of what the stock market is all about, nor do you seem to have a conscience about whether you are informing, vs bashing. To go so easily as you have into bashing this company and me is something I find difficult to understand, or tolerate. If at some point you bought high and sold low, well, don't take it out on me. You're not the only one who's had some bad breaks, or some good ones, for that matter.
Here's what you're right about: most of my posts are on one company. It's not the only one I own, I just don't usually post on the others. Time is one consideration.
Here's what you're wrong about, and you should have checked out before your flame:
One, the "so many places" you say I've posted is a total of three, plus this one, which makes it four. The three are just threads where people trade notes on stocks which are penny stocks or undervalued stocks. This is a long, long way from spamming. What I did was share a news release. I read other such posts all the time. And many post on different threads, a lot more than I did, particularly news releases.
Two, the company had almost one million dollars in sales last year, and has signed contracts with several distributors, including Kmart, plus several Walmart stores carry the product; these are not exactly non-existent entities. If you'd done due diligence before your attack, you'd know this. You might want to read the news release about a new contract signed, regarding distribution to over 600 stores.
Three, you imply no product. The company is the biggest distributor of bottled water on Canada's west coast. I've also tasted its nutraceutical products, which is where the action is for them now, and they are really good.
Four, I am not an insider. I own stock in the company, but I receive no recompense, nor have I ever, from them. I am who I say I am, period. I do not work for the company in any capacity, nor do I work for any company that works for them.
Five, this company, like almost all companies, sells stock in private issuings. This is the main purpose of the stock market, in case you've forgotten. The most recent private placement was to raise cash for product development and advertising of new product. There are no planned placements in the future that I know of, and the company has told me this; however, I know of some really good companies which are not penny stocks, who still occasionally do private placements. It's the nature of startup companies.
In addition, no one who bought the stock from the private placement last year can sell it now; it is specifically forbidden in the stock certificate and the contract. So, those who bought in the private placement are not benefiting directly from that placement, except as it helps the company distribute product and ultimately affect the bottom line. Worthy of note, that to buy stock which you can't then turn around and resell immediately, one must have to believe in the company long-term.
Six, if you had posted your retort on Undervalued Canadian stocks, I'd have to respond the same way. I have a right to post the way I am, it is not excessive by a far-cry; these posts are on threads where undervalued stocks/penny stocks are discussed; in fact, many people post far more than I do, on a daily basis.
Your innuendo that this company is not legit is a basis to have you thrown off SI entirely. Using the threads to create innuendo that a company isn't what it says it is, which can harm any legitimate company, when you have no more basis for this than that I made four posts in one day, is not a legitimate use of the threads. I understand there have been lawsuits over people doing this. Again, I believe you must have another agenda, though I don't know what it is. Frankly, your upset just doesn't track; there are too many people posting too much on too many companies on too many threads, and doing a lot more of it than I am, to make any sense of your statements about me or why you would choose me to trash. I note that you did not trash any of them, even though in more than one case it was impossible to find a phone number that the company would answer. That's a major clue of a stock to stay away from, imo. You chose me, instead. I barely even said anything in my posts, except for the news release.
An apology from you is not expected, the fact you used your reply to bash the company and me further tells me lots about you. You have now used innuendo based on your total lack of due diligence to bash a fellow investor, and a company which is working diligently to become more than a penny stock. Rather, I suspect you are arrogant, or at the very least, insensitive. I will count myself in good company if you don't like me; and, please ignore my posts in the future. As I said, don't bash me directly or indirectly, nor the company which I know for a fact is very real, even solid, with real product and real sales contracts. I'll leave you alone, and you leave me alone. However, I may follow your posts in the future, as I've indicated, to see what your hidden agenda, if any, is.
From now on, before you take the incredible liberty of bashing someone making a post, and using innuendo to suggest the company is other than it is, maybe you should take the time to do your due diligence -- or don't comment at all. I won't suggest that you will do this, as you would have to be responsible for your actions, and so far you've shown the opposite. You may not think responsibility is of any importance. But I do. Making people suffer may be what you intend to do, but I believe I should only post something negative about a company if there's something negative to post, and then only as information, not innuendo. You obviously don't know a real company from a merely hyped one, so you might be wise (?) to stay out of the matter, altogether. And, if you continue to post incorrect information or bashing comments about the company, or me, anywhere, as you have in your last two posts, I will take further action. I'm sure you understand, this has become personal as you have made it so. But it's also about fair-play, something for which so far you have not shown any regard.
