Yep. I'm thinking more a long term position for KEG, if the fundis check out. What I like best is the divergence between the price and the macd histogram. There were actually two divergences where the stock price was making lower lows, but the macd histogram was making higher lows. And the basing is confirmed by a crossover on the weekly stochastics. (The hammer on the weekly candles a few weeks ago doesn't hurt either).

The MACD histogram divergence has been the best basing signal I've come across for long term trend reversals. The dd's and many of the semis flashed the same signal in January.
